Henry "Butch" Rogers
Born in Austin and raised in San Antonio.
Entered US Army in 1976 and retired in 1998. Was a Comm-Electronics Maintenance Warrant.
Have been riding since 1973 all makes and models. Currently ride a HD Sporty and HD E-Glide Ultra Classic. Ride to work most every day, rain or shine, hot or cold.
As far as best local ride, that is tough...How about Loop410 @ 6:00 in the morning, minimal traffic and you can cruise at 75 :-) The back roads going to Fredericksburg are really nice and that would have to be my favorite ride.
I think good ol' Post 593 followed by the Shade Tree are the best hangouts..
